Radisson Hotel Group and Accenture launched a ChatGPT app that shows hotel options, live rates and booking routes, with later plans for personalisation, loyalty features and reservation management.
- Radisson Hotel Group and Accenture launched an AI-powered hotel discovery app in ChatGPT on 28 July 2026.
- The app appears as @RadissonHotels and lets users search Radisson properties in more than 100 countries and over 1,000 hotels.
- The app returns live inventory, rates, location details, amenities and map results, and then sends users to the Radisson Hotels website to complete reservations.
- Accenture said its Consumer Pulse Research found that 87% of travellers were open to using an AI-powered travel agent, and 71% expected AI to influence at least half of their hotel or airline spend over the next 12 months.
- The companies said they planned to add personalisation, loyalty recognition, in-chat booking, reservation management, trip changes and AI concierge features.
Radisson Hotel Group and Accenture said on 28 July 2026 that they had launched a hotel discovery app in ChatGPT. The app was described as a way for travellers to find options, compare them and move towards booking through a conversation.
The service was made available as @RadissonHotels. According to the release, it could search Radisson properties in more than 100 countries and over 1,000 hotels, then show live prices, availability, amenities, map-based results and hotel details before passing users to Radisson’s website to finish a reservation.
The companies said the work began with an MCP accelerator within Accenture’s AI Merchant Center, which was used to organise and check Radisson’s content, inventory, rates and booking signals. Accenture said it then helped design the app and connect it to Radisson’s existing systems.
Radisson’s chief commercial officer, Gianni Di Fede, said the company was responding to changes in how people search for and book stays. Ndidi Oteh of Accenture Song said agentic commerce was changing how brands are found and chosen, while Emily Weiss said travellers wanted to compare and book within a single journey.
The release said the companies planned to extend the service with personalisation, loyalty recognition, in-chat booking, reservation management, trip changes and AI concierge functions. It also cited Accenture Consumer Pulse Research saying many travellers were open to AI-assisted trip planning.
